Associate General Counsel, Office of the General Counsel

The University of Arizona is accepting applications for an Associate General Counsel position in its Office of the General Counsel. This is a position for a transactional attorney who will be responsible for advising and representing University administrators and providing advice and counsel related to UA business matters with a focus on intellectual property, including trademarks, licensing, copyright, and technology transfer, as well as complex business transactions, contracts, and public procurement. The Office of the General Counsel represents and advises the University of Arizona and the Arizona Board of Regents on a broad range of sophisticated legal matters and complex issues, working closely with University constituents, including University leadership.
