Qualified candidates will have excellent writing and research skills and top academic credentials. Experience with both business transactions (general corporate law, corporate transactions, real estate, and/or contract drafting and negotiation) and litigation motion practice is necessary. Some experience with aviation law is preferred. The candidate will also have a commitment to exceptional client service and an interest and willingness to participate in business development efforts. AZ bar license required.
