Steptoe seeks a mid-level litigation associate to join our growing Phoenix office practice. Candidates should have between three and five years of strong complex commercial litigation experience. The associate will focus on complex commercial litigation running the gamut from commercial disputes to professional liability to insurance coverage. Candidates should be prepared to assume significant responsibility in the management of their matters, and to take on a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. Excellent academic credentials, and strong writing and analytical skills are required. The ideal candidate will be licensed in both Arizona and California.
